Alternative Funding Sources
There are several reliable search services for international students relative to funding a U.S. education. Contact the following websites for further information:
Kettering University Tuition and Fees Payment Plan ~FACTS~
Many Kettering students spread the cost of school fees over several months. The payment plan called “FACTS” is a tuition management plan that provides students with a lower cost option for budgeting tuition and other educational expenses. FACTS gives you a convenient, interest-free way to budget education expenses. Instead of having to pay the tuition at the beginning of each term you may budget tuition and other expenses over 1 to 5 months per term. Because FACTS is not a loan program, there is no debt, no credit search, and no interest or finance charge assessed by FACTS on the unpaid balance. The only cost is a $25 per term to enroll in a payment plan. International students will need to open an account in a U.S. bank to use FACTS. Students may also make payments on line and/or use a major credit card. If you have any questions regarding FACTS, please contact the Kettering University Business Office at 810-762-9788.
Kettering University On-Campus Employment
International students seeking on-campus employment may view job postings on the job posting board in the Campus Center. On-campus jobs supplement other resources by covering things like entertainment and other related minimal personal expenses.
