Here's what should be on your personal agenda:
Step 1: Send in your Enrollment Deposit
Respond to your offer of admission by submitting a $300 Enrollment Deposit within three weeks of your acceptance. The deposit is fully refundable up to May 1, 2008 with a written request. Please include the student's complete name and address with a check payable to Kettering University. Contact the Admissions Office at 800-955-4464, ext. 7865 with any questions.
Step 2: Process all enrollment forms
It's easy to complete all these forms online through our Blackboard system. You will need your username and password. You can even pay online at Blackboard. The forms are also available for download under the "Helpful Links and Forms" subhead below.
Step 3: Take the On-line Math Placement exam. Required of all students.
Step 4: Submit your resume and register for a co-op search
We've got a helpful Resume Development Handbook and a sample resume to help you with the co-op search process. You can get registered for a co-op search online through our Co-op Navigator site. Step 5: Submit the FAFSA
The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form is your ticket to financial aid opportunities. While many families think they won't be eligible, with $90 billion available in federal financial aid, Kettering encourages ALL families to complete the FAFSA. For more information, contact our Financial Aid Office at 800-955-4464, ext. 7859.
Step 6: Complete the Housing Contract and Health Form
Download the Housing Contract here to secure your room. For more information, contact our Residence Hall Office at 800-955-4464, ext. 9503. You also need to submit your health and medical history form as part of the enrollment process.
